Westerville Rapid Response (“WRR”) provides on-site rapid assistance for vehicle-related issues.

1. Service Area

WRR operates primarily in Westerville, Ohio, and surrounding regions.

2. Dispatch & Arrival

Response times vary based on location, traffic, and demand. Estimated arrival times are communicated at the time of dispatch.

3. Service Confirmation

Customers receive confirmation by call or text once a technician is assigned and en route.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations before dispatch incur no fee. Once a technician is en route, a standard service call fee may apply.

5. Service Completion

Upon completion, customers receive a summary of services performed for their records.
