Running out of gas happens to everyone — and when it does, you shouldn’t be left stranded on the side of the road. Westerville Rapid Response provides fast, safe, and professional emergency fuel delivery anywhere in Westerville and surrounding areas. Our team arrives on-scene quickly with enough fuel to get you moving again, whether you’re stuck at an intersection, a parking lot, or roadside. We follow proper safety protocols, handle all fuel transfer procedures, and ensure your vehicle starts before we leave.


Cancellation Policy

WRR Booking Policy By booking any service with Westerville Rapid Response (WRR), you agree to the following terms. WRR is a mobile service that travels to your location, and all bookings are considered a binding agreement between you and WRR. 1. Binding Agreement Scheduling a service means you agree to be present at the location you provided, prepared for service, and responsible for all fees listed in this policy. Booking is a commitment, not a placeholder. 2. Payment on Arrival WRR collects payment upon arrival before service begins. If payment cannot be made, service will not be performed and a Denial Fee will be charged. 3. Cancellations, No-Shows & Denials Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations incur a $25 fee. A no-show occurs if you are not present, do not respond within 10 minutes, or provide an incorrect or inaccessible location. No-shows incur a $40 fee. If WRR arrives and you refuse service, cannot pay, or the situation prevents service, a $40 denial fee will be charged. 4. Location Requirements You must provide the correct address and a safe, legal area for us to work. If the location is unsafe or unreachable, WRR may decline the job and apply the denial fee. 5. Service Accuracy You are responsible for booking the correct service. If the required service differs from what was booked or is outside our scope, WRR may adjust pricing or decline service. If declined, the denial fee still applies. 6. Weather & Safety WRR may delay or reschedule due to unsafe weather, hazardous conditions, or operational issues. If WRR reschedules or cancels for these reasons, you will not be charged. 7. Customer Lateness You must be ready at the scheduled time. A 10-minute grace period is given. After that, the appointment becomes a no-show. 8. Refunds Payments made on arrival are final. Refunds are only issued if WRR cancels for internal reasons. Refunds are not provided for lateness, incorrect bookings, or denial of service. 9. Agreement to Policy By booking with WRR, you confirm that you understand and agree to this Booking Policy, acknowledge this is a binding purchase, and accept all related fees.
