Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 12, 2025

Westerville Rapid Response (“WRR”) provides mobile automotive services. Because these services are rendered immediately upon dispatch or arrival, all completed transactions are generally non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • A service was paid for but not performed
     

  • A duplicate charge or billing error occurred
     

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
